The following procedures are optional for the insurer to cover on Silver Hospital; Pregnancy & Birth, IVF, Surgical Weight Loss, Joint Replacements, Cataract, Dialysis For Chronic Renal Failure, Pain Management Devices, Sleep Studies, Insulin Pumps
Restrictions are Psychiatric Treatment, Rehabilitation, Palliative Care
All other procedures with a Medicare Item Number are covered to 100% of the Medicare Benefits Schedule Fee in a private hospital.
