The following procedures are optional for the insurer to cover on Silver Plus Hospital; Pregnancy & Birth, IVF, Surgical Weight Loss.
Restrictions are Psychiatric treatment.
All other procedures with a Medicare Item Number are covered to 100% of the Medicare Benefits Schedule Fee in a private hospital.
