What is Bronze Plus?

The following procedures are optional for the insurer to cover on Bronze Plus Hospital; Pregnancy & Birth, IVF, Surgical Weight Loss, Joint Replacements, Cataract Operations, Dialysis, Pain Management Devices, Sleep Studies, Back/Neck/Spine, Heart and Vascular
Restrictions are Psychiatric treatment and Rehabilitation.
All other procedures with a Medicare Item Number are covered to 100% of the Medicare Benefits Schedule Fee in a private hospital.
